Naomi brings with her more than 20 years of experience in hotel development, design, construction, project management and sustainability.

 

Prior to Willow Street Capital, Naomi was the Vice President of Sustainability and Innovation at Denihan Hospitality Group (DHG) based in New York City. She was responsible for the development and implementation of sustainability strategy, policies, and initiatives throughout the company’s portfolio of 14 owned and managed upscale hotel properties. The initiatives focused on enhancing the financial performance and efficiency of the company’s portfolio, as well as the health and wellness of Denihan’s associates and customers.

 

Prior to joining DHG, Naomi was the Senior Director of Development for DLJ/Credit Suisse and Morgan’s Hotel Group, where she led the project and cost management team to develop the 1.6M-SF renovation and expansion of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Las Vegas (HRHLV). The project was successfully completed under the $800M budget and ahead of schedule. Before her tenure at HRHLV, Naomi was the Director of Architecture and Construction at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. overseeing new-build and renovation projects for the W, St. Regis and Luxury Collection brands. Naomi was also a Project Manager with the international project and cost management firm, Gardiner and Theobald Inc. (G&T), overseeing high profile corporate and institutional construction projects.

 

Naomi holds an MBA from Cornell University, an MA from the University of London and a BA from Boston University.
